Fitzroy Street is one of the main thoroughfares to Grafton CBD - the famous Bendy Bridge connects to Fitzroy Street. There is parking at the front of the shop, plus there is a large car park at the rear of the shop. A pedestrian alley (called Crabba's Alley) next to the shop connects the rear car park to Fitzroy Street.

Although Crabba Jack's is open for lunch and dinner a 7 day/week, the hours are quite reasonable. It is currently open between 11:00-14:00 and 16:30-19:00 on weekdays, and 11:00-19:00 Saturday and Sunday. However, the lease has no restrictions on the hours you open, so you would be able set your own hours.

We have a loyal, regular customer base, as well as a strong tourist trade. Grafton is a lovely picturesque town, with many tourist festivals such as the Jacaranda Festival and the Racing Festival, which attract tourists throughout the year. We are only a short stroll from a recently built picnic area overlooking the stunning Clarence River.

It is primarily a take-away, but we have seating for 16 which has only recently been updated with new tables and chairs.

The only equipment in the shop not owned outright is the oil filtering machine and the oil storage unit, which are both owned by Cookers Oil. All other equipment is owned outright.
