Unrivalled in its beachside locale, Bilgola Beach café is set in a prime location looking out to the beach and located within the carpark adjacent to Bilgola Beach. Best access is found off The Serpentine, Bilgola Beach.
Situated between Newport and Avalon beaches, Bilgola Beach is tucked away and offers excellent surfing conditions and a rockpool making it the perfect spot for families and locals alike.
The area is recognised for its natural beauty, with residences sheltered by groves of Cabbage Tree Palms and Norfolk Island Pine trees, with historic dry stonewalls, wells and bridges forming part of Bilgola Beach's character.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations (the Tenderer) who are interested in obtaining a lease to operate and fit out a café at 400 Barrenjoey Road, Bilgola Beach.
The café comprises a kitchen, store area, and servery together with an undercover seated dining area allowing for 40 seats. The leased area totals 125.7m2 (approx.) internal and external areas.
The successful Tenderer may set up and begin trading with their own equipment in the Café.
Any fit out of the Café is to be carried out by the successful tenderer, if applicable (see tender document via Tenderlink).
TERM OF LEASE
The lease term will be five (5) years plus a 5-year option at the lessee's discretion.
LODGMENT
Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box by the time and date nominated on Northern Beaches Council's Tendering portal. Late submissions may not be accepted.
