The location is very tranquil to wake up to, and anyone who has ever been to the White Beach area really admires it.

Services like power, NBN internet/web, and phone can all be connected at the site of course.

Only 10 minutes away is the larger excellent town of Nubeena. If you want a low noise and low-stress place to call home this is really where it all begins.

There is boat launch ramp nearby. Surf beaches are also very close. Hobart city is around 1.20 minutes away from White Beach.
