The property is connected to mains power and the managers' residence has 18 solar panels which feed back into the grid. At present there is a landline phone connection and Telstra mobile reception. Satellite internet and television services are also connected to the managers residence.

Water supply is via rainwater tanks - to both buildings - and there are also 2 permanent creeks (bull and daisy dell) on the property. We supply cartons of drinking water for guests.

Conveniently located just off the main cradle mountain road, the property is just 8. 5ks from cradle forest inn restaurant and bottle store, 37ks from Sheffield and approximately 65ks from Devonport.
