Zoned rural when purchased, the government has rezoned it farming to stop rural land getting smaller and smaller which means you cannot further subdivide the block. That is the only difference between farming and rural residential. You should be able to build on it once you get a planning permit and it has had a previous planning permit which has now expired.

Directions to it:

Once you hit the Beaufort caravan park (near Beaufort lake), you turn right into Stockyardhill road and travel 5km exactly. The block is on the left, where there is gravel. Across the road is a post with 514 on it. It goes up to Mc millans lane which is a gravel road. The block goes for approx. 340 metres straight down Mc Millans lane to the y intersection in the road then you go left for 400 metres on a right angle and that is the shape of the land. Old fence posts are still standing or lying on the ground. It is sort of a quarter of a circle shape.. It is not fenced and it has 2 for sale signs on it, one on the corner and the other where the gravel road to it is, which takes you to the clearing.
