We are selling a flat block of land (3000 sq2) in Tuross part of ‘The Snowies’ 30 minute drive from historical Cooma, the area is ideal for camping and fishing, only one hour from Jindabyne and two hours to Kosciuszko National Park.

On the surrounding forests, you will find an abundance of flora and fauna. If you feel like adventure then you can drive to the Snowy Mountains, take the Kosciuszko Alpine Way for spectacular scenic mountain views between Jindabyne and Khancoban. The area is characterised by rolling plains and rugged mountain ranges. It includes the three major towns of Bombala, Cooma and Jindabyne and a number of smaller towns and villages. The region includes numerous state and National Parks, including the Deua, Kosciuszko, South East and Wadbilliga National Parks and numerous nature reserves, state forests and heritage conservation areas. Vast areas of the region are occupied by agricultural land, with a predominant focus on sheep and cattle farming. There are restrictions on what you can build on the block, the Snowy-Monaro council will only allow you to build a 50 sq2 shed on the site (subject to approval).

You can make it look as good as a hotel on the inside as long as it looks like a rural shed on the outside. Electricity is available but water is not. There is a river down the rural road (no flooding zone) and there is also a water fall 20 minutes from the property.
