Selling our transportable cabin situated at the river palms holiday park Blanchetown, North of Adelaide.
The shack is a walk in walk out. Everything you need to get away for a relaxing time away.
We have a beautiful view from our deck or sitting in the lounge with pull down blinds for added comfort.
The shack is fully furnished and comfortably would sleep 8 people.
The main bedroom has queenside bed with built in robe. The second bedroom has a set of bunks with single on the top and queen on the bottom with a built in robe included. Also has a Tv mounted on the wall with surround sound.
Lounge room has led tv with blueray DVD player and a Sony stereo.
Open living with kitchen, dining and lounge room.
Stove is gas. And the water is filtered.
Split system aircon with wicked heating and cooling.
Down the side of the deck is an entertaining area with BBQ and a small lockable shed for storage. Also the carport area is undercover and big enough for a boat and a car.
Only a quick 2min drive down to the river with private boat ramp for park users only, Beautiful grassed area with bbqs and toilet facilities to use.
The holiday park has a playground with laundry and public toilet facilities. Also has rainwater tanks to use water.
Park is a secured place with boom gate and security cameras for added safety. The front office has kiosk for all you essentials.
It is a dog friendly park- dogs must be on leads.
There are storage sheds for hire for boats or jet skis and park owners can assist with any enquiries.
Our annual rates are $3000 which inc power and water.
