As soon as the strict regulations are lifted, we believe that again, private inspections will be allowed.
These will be by appointment only. We are now starting to organise these again - for a time at your convenience - only when the strict lockdown is lifted.
"Non-strict" lockdown restrictions indicate that real estate open house inspections with numerous people are banned. However, private appointments are still allowed, provided strict COVID-safe measures are in place. Appointments are 30 mins for each family. You will need your own masks (we can provide hand sanitiser), photo ID, evidence of current address and your phone contact. We have an entry log for each family to ensure the required protocols are in place.
