I write to let you know that my sale is now unconditional.  I am thrilled to have achieved my advertised price after a few lower offers.  I wish to Congratulate you and your Team for excellent service and support.  I will be building again and am searching for a Block value property in the Dalkeith  area.  I will advise you when the property has settled.

I have also assisted some friends to purchase another FSBO property this week and also at over the advertised price.
