I don’t want to display photos or text, what kind of board do you have as alternative?
Our ‘Standard For Lease’ sign is 600 x 900mm in size and a great way to display your intention to lease without all the bells and whistles. It is colourful yet tasteful, professional looking with simply our logo, the words “For Lease” and our 1300 number for enquirers to call, you can also add your number if you wish to.

I “DO” wish to display my rental property on a board, what do you provide for this?
We have a choice of 2 sized photo & text boards. The smaller of the 2 is 1800 x 1200 and allows a number of photos, plenty of text and a flag holder should you choose to display “open for inspection” flags. The larger board is 1800 x 2400.

How are the boards delivered and do I install my own board?
Standard boards: Are sent by express post and arrive to your chosen address within 3 days and you install yourself. Regarding photo boards & depending on your post code, in most metro areas our sign company will contact you regarding a time come and install it for you, if you are regional, it is sent as a flat pack with excellent instructions for you to install.

Can I decide to order a photo board later?
Yes you can. We send you the standard board as part of all of our packages, for $270 you can order one when you are ready.

Do you create my board for printing or do I?
Both. Ideally most people like to do it for themselves. We provide you the PDF template where you upload your photos, type your text etc… you submit it to us, we then send you the proof for your approval. Once approved we submit this to our sign company who get on with printing it.

The property is in a block of several units, is there room for the number of the unit?
Yes there is, in the corner there is a blank section with “No.” for you to write in.

My property is under a Body Corporate, do I need permission to install a for lease board?
In most cases no, but always good to check with them, they might not allow installation on common ground but we’ve had clients able to put them in the window.
