There are no ongoing fees and no commission when you sell, and so the cost of going through For Sale By Owner is significantly less than if you were to engage an agent. All portal upgrades, such as feature, highlight and premier upgrades on realestate.com.au are also available.

Do you assist with negotiations?
We can assist in providing advice in this regard, but we do not actively negotiate with prospective buyers. Communication between buyers and sellers is something that needs to be done directly between both parties. As a seller you are, after all, not paying any agent commissions.
As stated though, we are always willing and able to offer any help or advice you may need. That applies not only to dealing with buyers but can also include any other advice you may seek, such as feedback on the wording on your advertisement, which photos to use and in what order, and how best to present your property.
