For anyone considering signing up with Forsalebyowner.com.au I would say just do it. We had previously listed with an agent, after many calls it took them over a week to just get our listing online we wasted over $2,000 in a joint online / newspaper print campaign and got a few leads and no sale.

After 8 months we cancelled our agent agreement and doing the research I found FSBO stacked up and we signed up.
