My house was listed 2 weeks before Christmas, apparently the quietest time to sell they say! Not true! I had enquiry after enquiry. I had to shut down over Christmas and New Year and remind prospect buyers that it was Christmas. After New Year I had one weekend of Inspection after Inspection and had 2 offers at the end of that weekend.
We were really happy with our price! Many thanks.
