For Sale By Owner Review

I gave For Sale By Owner a try after 3 estate agents did nothing much to sell my apartment. After collecting the advertising fees, they just never updated me during the exclusive period and i did not know what was going on. Out of frustration in dealing with these Agents, i decided to sell myself and used For Sale By Owner as a platform.

The guys at For Sale By Owner were very prompt and helpful. I managed to advertise my unit immediately and i can deal directly with the potential buyers. I managed to sell my unit when none of the agents could do so. And i saved a bundle on Real Estate Commissions. It was a very straight forward process and I would not think twice about using For Sale By Owner again.
