For Sale By Owner Review

Thank you Paul and Colin for their assistance in selling our home. We used a real estate agent for 60 Days, and did not have one visit from buyers. We listed with FSBO and sold within 60 days (30 of those was over Christmas).

We had 7 buyers through the house, over that time. The major feature we liked was the control over our listing, which we could adjust any time, and moved the price down SLOWLY, and changed the narrative until it generated interest.

Our open houses were for 1 hour, and we did it when it suited us, not the real estate agents schedule. The purchasers of our home, had just been hurried out of an inspection because there was only 5 mins left of the ½ Hour, they then came to our open house, looked for about 45 minutes, left and then rang us with an offer 30 minutes later. The relaxed manner of our open house was a definite plus!

We have already recommended FSBO to several people, and believe it is the ONLY way to sell.
